This home, built in the 1940s, now has a modern touch. It's hard to believe it used to be an eyesore on Harrison Street. But not anymore.

I'm with you pat! My deck is falling apart, the oven doesn't work anymore, I need some plumbing work done, and some new carpet. Hey Uncle Ark, I could use a little revitalizing around here! Guess my neighborhood doesn't fit the bill. Wonder why.

I would like to know more about this "check" for $24000 to revitalize. That sounds interesting. My house could use some revitalizing...windows and roof, kitchen floor.

I listen to police dispatch 24/7. There isn't a decent neighborhood left in Little Rock...like they were when I was young and we never locked our doors, kids played outside after dark, adults walked the street at night. Little Rock is ruined. BUILD A 10000 BED PRISON WITH CONCRETE BLOCKS, PLAIN JANE, AND LOCK ALL OF THE TROUBLEMAKERS UP...THEN WE COULD BRAG. NOOOOOOOO WE NEED A WORLD CLASS BRIDGE, LIKE OUR "BIG DAM BRIDGE" AND OUR "MOBILE HOME PRES LIBRARY"...Little Rock has no class anymore. The only way you could "sell" the ualr neighborhood would be to lie to the buyer. Sorry, just being real.
