Reward offered after community corrections building set on fire

A $5,000 reward is available for anyone who has information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person who set the Community Corrections building in Searcy on fire.
LITTLE ROCK, AR – A $5,000 reward is available for anyone who has information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person who set the Community Corrections building in Searcy on fire.

The Searcy Police say they responded to the alarm at 401 West Vine around 5:08am Monday. Police say the north side of the building was on fire when they arrived. Firefighters were able to put out the fire around 5:30am.

Police, along with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, as well as the Arkansas State Police, have determined this is an arson case.
