School District in Union County Names New Superintendent

A school district in South Arkansas's Union County has named a new superintendent.
The Parkers Chapel School Board has announced the hiring of Michael White.
He will take over for John Gross, who will be retiring.
White will come to Arkansas from Bloomburg, Texas, where he currently serves as superintendent of schools.
He starts his new job on July 1st.
