SHERWOOD, AR --
Sherwood police need help tracking down a woman on a shopping spree with a stolen credit card.The video, provided by Sherwood police, is from inside the Sherwood Walmart. The woman buys some items and then gets gift cards and loads them with 42-hundred dollars using the stolen credit card.
Police tell FOX16 the woman also tried to use the stolen credit card at stores in North Little Rock and Little Rock, but her purchases were declined.
Police credit quick thinking from the victim, who immediately called her credit card company to report it missing.
"Once they're shut down they can't be used anymore. If you wait, you know time is on their side. The damage has already been done," said Detective Jamal Hockaday.
