I'm with on that guzz. Being for Indy snow doesn't really bother me though. Arkansas gets so little. My wife wanted me to leave for the keys but the crappie are biting hard and fast. Stupidity is one of my biggest assets.

itsjustme is right, plan for yourself. Me, I was going to stay in LR for another week or so but came back down here to Grayton Beach, no snow here baby, although it is a bit colder than normal

If cities bought more plows, sand spreaders and so on, they would have to raise taxes. If they have to raise taxes, the public will be pissed. The very first year that the winter is very mild and the cities dont have to use the equipment that the tax payers had to foot the bill for, the public would be crying "why did they waste all of this money, how stupid." Here is a small lesson for those that cant be happy one way or the other. Prepare yourself, dont rely on anyone else.

It is about time that the city administrations starts planning for harsher winters in Little Rock. They need to buy more snow plows salt spreaders etc. We are no longer an inch of snow per year town. Similarly utility companies need to equip and plan for faster response. I see so many trees in summer and spring that have branches that are too close to the power lines and they are not trimmed. Having no power for weeks this winter is just not acceptable.
