LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - A federal judge says the woman convicted of conspiracy and aiding and abetting in the bombing that nearly killed the head of the Arkansas State Medical Board must surrender to U.S. Marshals in December to begin serving her sentence.

U.S. District Judge Brian Miller issued an order Thursday that says Sangeeta "Sue" Mann must surrender on Dec. 3 to begin serving her one-year prison sentence. She has been free pending her appeal, but the 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals upheld her conviction in July.

Prosecutors claimed she hid documents as authorities investigated her husband, Randeep Mann, in the February 2009 bombing at the home of Dr. Trent Pierce.

Randeep Mann was convicted in the bombing and sentenced to life in prison.

i think the guy deserved the punishment for what he did. Its sad reading your posts about how people in Arkansas feel about us Indian immigrants. say this was an african american, would the comments be "lets burn this coon...or lets put a cross in front of him...or lets ship him/her to africa?" oh and fact check - shes a hindu. i have lost all respect for folks here in arkansas. i can only imagine what runs through your minds. she deserves the punishment for her crimes. but people, how about a little respect?

I am mad as a pot head watching the law burn his pot patch. I am also thinking about filing a discrimination suite against the government. I was not given my right to put off my surrender. I fact I wasn't even allowed to bond witch is a right. I went to jail, straight to jail, And didn't go home till I was through. Thank you for the flawed system.

They shot her appeal down in July and the lil haint terrorist has been free since then. Do they honestly think this hussy is going to turn herself in? She is probably in south Florida running a motel by now under a different name.

What are the chances you and I could have a couple of months of freedom beore we served our sentence? And how much of the year she got will she serve? The "justice" system is a joke.
