Sync Weekly: Weekend Events in the Little Rock Area

We're checking the weekend planner now with Sync Weekly's Editor-in-Chief Shea Stewart.

There's a lot happening in the Little Rock area over the next few days.

First, there's tonight's Cirque du Soleil performance at Verizon Arena.

On Friday, events leading up to Sunday's Little Rock Marathon get underway (including Saturday night's Pasta Party).

And for music fans, Wade Bowen will be in town. The Texas Country/Red Dirt singer is from Waco, Texas. Bowen was a member of the band "West 84," with friend Matt Miller, before the band was realigned in 2004.

Bowen plays Saturday night at the Rev Room in the River Market.
