LITTLE ROCK, AR – Two Arkansans recently won $22,000 and $25,000 recently in the scholarship lottery.

Tommy Battisto, of Little Rock, won the $22,000 prize. He bought a $2 Pink Panther Ticket at the Food & Fuel in Little Rock.

Kenneth Mitchell, of El Dorado, won the $25,000 prize. He won with a Wild 10’s $10 ticket be purchased at the Tobacco Superstore in El Dorado.

Sam you play the lottery many times a week but yet you complain that you only receive a social security check and can't afford anything? Sounds like you are miss-using public benefits which is a felony. I am reporting you to the Attorney Generals Crime Task Force.

i think im like a lot of other people in ar that think these photos are a plant /fake i pay the sratch offs many imes a week since the start an even the clearks sellng them say very few winners i used to hit fifty or twenty winners the first yar but since then if i plat afive or ten dollar or even two you only win back what your ticket cost but on a good note the enter your old tickets an pick a prize works great my wfe loves her new red devil rug cleaner lol
