Over the course of two days, school officials say the girls brought an assortment of cupcakes all tainted with one foreign ingredient: urine. Two Hot Springs Men Arrested for Shooting at People with BB Gun, One Woman Hit By: KARK 4 News Updated: December 18, 2012 Two Hot Springs men have been arrested for shooting a BB gun at people in three locations over the weekend. The first incident was reported around 11 o'clock Saturday morning by a woman jogging in the 200 block of Central Avenue. She told police after she was hit in the buttocks she noted the shots came from a red Chevrolet pickup truck and gave them a partial license plate. The woman was not seriously hurt. Less than an hour later, police got another report of shots from a BB gun coming from a red Chevrolet truck in the 1100 block of Central. By noon, a third call came in about people in a red Chevrolet pickup shooting BB's at people on the parking lot of the Hot Springs Mall near the J.C. Penney store. Minutes later, police spotted a vehicle matching the description and the partial license plate and stopped the truck. According to the police report, Hank Simpson, 19, was behind the wheel. Josh Holtzclaw, 20, was sitting next to Simpson and a 16-year-old boy was in the back seat. Police reporting finding a Crossman CO2 powered BB gun in the truck and two large containers of BB's. The three were taken to the Hot Springs Police Department. Police say Simpson told officers he and Holtzclaw shot many BB's from the truck but he was the one that hit the woman jogger. Holtzclaw said he only laughed and provoked Simpson but did not shoot the gun himself. Both men were charged with terroristic act and endangering the welfare of a minor. Simpson was also charged with battery. The 16-year-old was released to his father without charges.
