A federal grand jury has indicted Randeep Mann for the bombing of state medical board chairman Dr. Trent Pierce.

Sources close to the investigation confirm to FOX16 News that Mann faces three new charges, two of which relate to the Pierce bombing.  The charges allege use of a weapon against person or property and the destruction of Pierce's car by use of an expolosive.

The charges include the use of a weapon of mass destruction.

United States attorney Jane Duke for the Eastern District of Arkansas will hold a press conference this afternoon to discuss the lastest developments.

Mann has been in federal custody since his arrest in March 2009 for illegal possession of military grade grenades.  Agents with ATF also seized over 100 machine guns.  His wife has been free since being released from federal custody in August 2009.
