HOT SPRINGS, AR - Police have arrested three people in connection to a shooting on Estelle St in Hot Springs that left one man dead and another wounded.
Police found 28-year-old Randy Shinkle
dead in his car early Sunday morning and a passenger in the vehicle, Juan Santiago, witha non-life threatening gunshot wound.
Jacorei Thornton, 25, and Kenyon Taylor, 21, have been arrested and charged with murder and attempted murder for the shooting. Police also arrested 34-year-old Edna August for hindering apprehension.
All suspects are being held at the Garland County Detention Center with no bond.
