UPDATE: Escaped inmate back in custody

Escaped inmate Jamaal Chappel is back in the custody of the Clark County Sheriff’s Office.
A spokesperson for the sheriff’s office did not know the circumstances surrounding Chappel’s capture.
Chappel escaped Sunday night.
