UPDATE: Hot Spring County fire contained.

HOT SPRINGS COUNTY, AR - Officials have contained a fire three miles west of I-30 on HWY 84.

According to the Arkansas Forestry Commission, roughly 50 acres were involved in the fire, which took place on a tree plantation. AFC had one air tanker working the scene along with three fire companies. No buildings are in danger at this time.
