he wasn't the actual murderer..He was with the murderer and actually tried to stop it from happening. He didn't pull the trigger but the mistake he made was running and hiding with his murderous friend so that's why he caught the same charge...

With the lack of proper pay that the prison guards make, it wouldnt surprise me if there was a little bribery going on with this one.

you right, tower could not be at fault. They only push the button to open/close that gate. They are suppose to have employee's inside that are to observe convicts. when that vehicle entered the sally port, the sally port officer to suppose to check that vehicle out, with the tower guard looking down as well. then the sally port officer gives the ok and the vehicle is allowed to leave.

This guy is going to do whatever it takes to stay free. they should back off of him and let him run for a minute and track him later. he will make mistakes and get caught. with the pressure high the way it is it increases the chance that he will harm someone to stay free. kill to carjack or break in on someone and hold them hostage there are alot of things a desperate man can do that are not rational thinking but done out of pure desperation. kinda like the high speed chases where they quit chasing them to protect innocent lives. this guy has got to have help in order to get far and thats how he will get caught leaving bits of evidence here and there. if they get behind him in a vehicle he is not pullng over. he probably has a gun already because they are easy to get. he needs to be caught slipping and taken (dead or alive). or teh good lod fashioned snitch! where is the reward money? someone will give him up for 10,000 i would lol

Yes Big Daddy I worked in that same tower when I was there and it really wouldnt be the tower officers fault because the sallyport officer didnt check inside the water tank. The tower officer only opens the gates when the sallyport sgt tells them too.I think everyone just gt real relaxed at Tucker because I was when I was there.

Butch, sorry about your friend. I think it is completely assinine that this cat has killed two people and isnt on death row. I hope someone finds this idiot before he kills again. He has nothing to lose and a lot to gain by doing whatever he has to do to survive. Maybe one of these days our justice system will stop being total wussies and start punishing criminals.

I may be in a little bit of a bad mood. A close friend that we have known most of our lives was found shoot to death in his home yesterday. What would you want to bet that the person that did it hasn't been convicted of a felony yet. Probably has a CCP with little going for them. Seems to me most people think a gun makes them the hardest turd in the out house when really all they did there was fill their head.

I think she was just trying to show that some always run that nonsense when they should know better. Convicts and inmates just have a better working knowledge of their rights. Most people Don't realize convicts get their voting rights back in all but 3 states when they complete their sentence. Remember the classes in Little Rock a few years ago. Also read the news. Looks to me like convicts can own guns. Legal? no but then they weren't to much into following the law anyway. Right. The thing that makes convicts stand out is that they have been caught. The rest haven't. Now the thing that makes me a convict is I'll do what I want and have what I want as long as I want. And there is not one thing anyone can do to change that. I always try to be respectful of others property and life but I live this one. My way.

Respectfully disagree. Convicts do not have the same rights as the rest of us. For one, they are locked up for a reason, and do not have the freedom we have. Once out, a felon is not legally allowed to own a firearm, are they? I thought they weren't allowed to vote either, but I could be wrong there. Also, I don't believe they are supposed to be in the company of other ex felon's; at least that's what I hear from one I know. And last but not least; depending on the crime, some shouldn't have any rights at all; such as murderers, pedophiles, rapists, etc. Of course I'm not an expert on felon's; and my last sentence is just an opinion. But I am with protector; lot's of firepower here, and an alarm system. Be very happy if I never have to use said firepower though; but if I have to....
