UPDATE: Suspect arrested in Heights bank robbery

Little Rock Police have arrested the suspect in a bank robbery in the Heights. Authorities arrested Christopher Gable early Thursday. After a warrant was issued North Little Rock police found Gable at the Love’s Station on I-40 in North Little Rock.

Gable robbed Summit Bank at 1800 N Taylor in Little Rock around 5:00 Monday afternoon. He told a teller he had a gun but never showed one. Gable got away with an undisclosed amount of money.

Authorities say Gable is charged with Aggravated Robbery and Theft of Property. He is currently in jail.

Hey-- nice that you've already convicted him in the second paragraph. Why don't we just skip the trial and all that pesky due process stuff if you say he did it.

Where is lrsd54? Shouldn't he be saying that everyone like this guy is a criminal and should be put away? Or does lrsd54 only say that about blacks and mexicans?

That is a real good, clear picture of the bank robber. I just betcha that somebody knows who he is, but is waiting for a reward to be offered before they turn him in to the law. Hee Hee. I bet you that he won't look that cleanly dressed when he enters the prison gates.

i'm pretty sure the photo is better than any written description anyone could give anyway. He should be easy to find!
