I am not judging but I want to know. What is with the neck tats? I was looking at someone the other day and had to walk around him to see what it said.Is that a gang thing? If you have a tat on or around your neck or in a place on your face and you think that is attractive or makes you look tough....WRONG.....I do the hiring and firing for the 5 oil drilling rigs I run and if you show up to me with tats like that or your pants down around your butt in "GANGSTA STYLE" don't bother applying!!!!

If the stores had armed security, they'd have a lot higher prices to cover the salary and insurance for the guard. What would be really helpful is if they would report what the tattoo on his neck read and what the one on his chest is. The suspect might change clothes but those are a little more difficult to change.
