Lived in Vilonia for 8 years. Our electric has been lickering off a couple times a week, since we moved into town. This is not a problem that just appeared out of the blue. Energy has been aware of this problem and has not fixed it, or ven addressed that there was a problem.

Does this mean Entergy will add another charge to go along with their "Ice Storm Recovery Fee"?
