The Pulaski County Sheriff's Department has arrested a man for a fatal hit and run in the Wrightsville area.
Around 2:30 AM Sunday, September 6th, Tony Ricks was walking down the 13000 block of Asher in the Wrightsville area when a vehicle struck the man and then left the scene.
Police have arrested Issac Jackson, 46, and say he will be charged with negligent homicide and leaving the scene of a personal injury accident.
According to the police report, Jackson admitted to drinking before the accident.
