LITTLE ROCK, AR – Arkansas State Police say that I-30 is now open in both directions after a hazmat spill closed the interstate Wednesday night near mile marker 86, between Malvern and Arkadelphia.
ASP says that the spill is a tanker truck that is leaking and that they are unable to stop it. A 1,000 foot perimeter around the spill was created as a safety precaution.
