Update: I-30 open after hazmat clean-up

This is so unfortunate, the service truck drivers, and trucking companies provide to this economy is invaluable, and to treat this guy that died like he's a criminal, shame on you. Driver are required a scrutinizing class and required to uphold the law well above the norm. In those cases where they break the law, wether accidental, or intentional, the punitive damage is immense. For all those freedoms you enjoy, like roads!!! Who do you think pays for that, the bulk of the cost, trucking companies. For all the convenience you enjoy, like going to Wal-Mart and getting a gallon of milk, Who do you think makes that happen??? Truckers. For all of you that do not know how to share the road, and failed to learn offense driving, that's you're own damn fault. Those that were inconvenience by this accident, one accident to the normal hordes of accidents, that's too damn bad. The problem was resolved, and the mess was cleaned up. So as I said from the beginning, Shame on you!

You can also stop doing other things while you are trying to drive 75 miles an hour. Also look something up called the smith system. It can teach you how to be a much safer driver. Always remember to give truckers more space as we are around 30, 000 pounds your car at most is 2000 pounds. We take a lot longer to stop if you slam on your brakes in front of us. Just remember to drive safe.

You should not damn the truck drivers. We as truck drivers are required by federal law to check our equipment every time we stop. As a current truck driver I hav stops youe this to say: We as big trucks do need our own lanes. But you as a consumer need to realise that we are a necessary part of the economy. You may say trains can do our job but they can't. A train stops in the middle of a town and everyone in that town can be affected. A semi stops in the middle of a town you lose one maybe two roads. Something that may alleviate some frustrations about large trucks being in your way during rush hour is to plan your trip more effectively.

what man has created now he must control....truck's are the lifeblood of this country...however would you truck a truck driver now...not me not like i did in the old days....The revenue collection scam....AKA, CDL has made the real drivers retire or move on...it is impossible to drive for 10 minutes without breaking a law...ask a tax collector (cop)...so now we have young smart guys with no common sense behind the wheel...and your surprised when they pile up...as for bein in the way...ever considered your in their way?...get up a little earlier...stay a little later...eat lunch at work....don't drive unless you have too...the trucks are on the road as part of their job your on the road getttin to your job big diference
