It's unfortunate that this happened, for a 21 year old to have that burden on him for the rest of his life, and 3 children to not only grow up without a father, but to watch him be killed in front of a police station. In the argument of "What would you do if you were Waller (shooter)" you could cross that out with "What would you do if someone had relations with your significant other". I think the whole mess is tragic. Get anywhere with sexual harrassment at work in Ar.? If you are confronted and someone does something to you [battery or assault] and you do it back you will find yourself in jail too. Wonder where this case will go? Get Real, The man (shooter)was fleeing to the police station to avoid a confrontation with his work clothes on. The victim was in pursuit of him. The shooter didn't know what he was approaching him with, he protected himself. The victim ran/chased down his own death, while he had his fiance and children in the vehicle. I know if he had an idea how it would end, he would not have chased this guy. Try to avoid trouble at all cost. The shooter looked trapped to me the way the victim pursued him and blocked him in and then ran up to him. SELF DEFENSE. If a person was angry and upset with you and followed you and blocked you in and jumped out their vehicle running up to you;would you wait to see what he was going to do or would you defend yourself by any means neccessary? Again SELF DEFENSE. I feel for her and them babies, but you can't play Billy Bad Butt with everybody, choose your battles wisely. NO women nor man is worth losing your life.
