And like Butch, They also taught me to defend myself with my bare hands, as well as a knife, swords and basically anything that may be around me. A gun is just an easy way to kill someone. There is no creativity in murderers these days. The killers are to lazy to be innovative, they just grab a gun and kill someone. Try a toothpick and a small piece of aluminum foil, it works. LOL.

You are so right wp; we need classes, permits, fees, etc. for people to carry knives! Remember, knives don't kill people, people kill people! Me, I carried one for years; it was a useful tool when I was a carpenter, it was a useful tool while I worked in shipping at a factory in Jax, and while dad was raising cattle - came in handy cutting hay bales open. Came in handy when I went fishing. Came in handy when wiring of any sort needed to be worked on. Useful tool to say the least; too bad some use them to kill people. Some of the anti-gun crowd don't understand; if you really want to kill someone; there are so many other options besides a gun.
