Update one dead after double stabbing in Hot Springs

Hot Springs, AR- A person is dead after being stabbed Thursday morning in Hot Springs. The Hot Springs Police Department received a 911 call in reference to a person covered in blood at 109 Skyview Terrace. Once officers were on scene, they located a women and a mane lying on the ground with what appeared to be stab wounds. Officers also located the suspect and quickly took him into custody and took him to the police department. The male victim was transported to a local hospital where he underwent surgery, his condition is unknown. The woman was pronounced dead on scene by the Garland County Coroner and her body will be sent to the state crime lab.



HOT SPRINGS, AR – Officials from the Hot Springs Police Department are investigating a double stabbing.

According to Officer Mac Means, police received a call just after 9:00 Thursday morning about a man who appeared to have several cuts on his body walking in front of a house.

When they arrived, police also found a woman who appeared to have been stabbed.

Officer Means tells FOX16 that police are on the scene and there are little details about the incident at this time.
