Warrant amnesty offered by Saline Co. sheriff

Here lies the problem with Saline County. I have an idea. How about having all of those deputies that sit around doing nothing go out and serve those warrants. How about instead of sitting at the Citgo on Congo and Salem road, go patrol. Call them and they say, we can take a report over the phone or would you like a deputy to call you? Now is that community service at it's best or what? I have another idea. How about if you stop letting all of them take cars and using them for personal use, then you can take the money saved and PATROL. Largest county in the state, yet you will see three deputies in the same area at any given time. When someone does get them to go to a call, all three show up.

How nice of them..I bet there are a lot of people who will take them up on that offer. I know someone who didn't go pay a seatbelt fine and it ended up costing like $500 b/c they didn't go to court, they had a warrant and their driver's license got suspended.
