VAN BUREN, Ark. (AP) - Authorities say a woman has been found dead inside a burned house in Van Buren.

Police detective Jonathan Wear told reporters that the woman's body was found by two police officers who went into the burning home after firefighters were called to the blaze about 11 a.m. Wednesday.

Wear says the woman's name is not yet being released and that the cause of the fire has not been determined.

Wear said the two officers were taken to a local hospital for treatment of smoke inhalation - but that both appeared to be in good condition and were treated and released.
