Woman in critical condition after being hit by car

I was on 630 when this happened. Thought it was a child between 12-15. the cops handled this horribly. They left this poor lady laying in the road and was not trying to help her. Ambulances were not even on the scene, so it must have just happened when we got there. They was one cop on the scene who was directing traffic and a bunch of bystanders in the distance, some had pulled over and jumped over the wall but NO ONE was trying to help this lady. I thought she was already passed by the way people was acting. Im sure they were in shock, but no one was even blocking her from cars passing by to make sure that she didnt get run over by a vehicle. I pray that this lady is ok. This was a horrific scene that I hope I never have to see again.
