LITTLE ROCK, AR – A woman suspected of impersonating Morgan Nick has entered a not guilty plea.
Tonya Smith plead not guilty to impersonating Morgan Nick, missing since 1995, Thursday morning during a video arraignment.
Prosecutors asked for a $200,000 bond, but the defense asked for a lower, more reasonable one. The judge reduced the bond to $15,000.
6-year-old Morgan Nick disappeared from a baseball park in Alma in 1995.
