i actually live in this neighborhood. my child often plays outside or rides bikes around with her friends. its a decent area with hardworking families. its not the ghetto and even if it was im not sure that what happened out here should  be discussed as though it was nothing just "another thug getting killed"! no matter what a person does with their life they are still a human being and the loss of that life should be respected! i personally didnt know the victim but im aware that he leaves behind young children and a girlfriend of about 6 years. you dont have to agree with his supposed lifestyle or anything else but lets not make light of the situation. choices were made and lives were lost. not only did walter jones lose his life but the shooter in this situation, by making the decision to settle a argument with a gun has now lost his. if justice is served he will spend the remainder of his days in prison because he chose to hide cowardly behind a trigger. their families will live with the tradegy of their actions for the rest of their lives. both families will suffer and its a very sad situation!

Doesn't look like a ghetto to me. Not care? It's not caring that promotes these kind of things. The grandmother lost her home!!! Would you say that if it was your grandmother's home?? You probably would from the attitude showing. These things are tragic NO MATTER who they happen to. Atleast Citizen Kane recognizes the possibility of innocent bystanders. It is very sad people no longer care about even that. This can happen anywhere and anytime. What you say may come back an bite you. Not caring doesn't help our police either. Just hand it over to the criminals huh????

We could let the thugs kill each off and not care. Unfortuately, you might just need to care because a stray bullet has no name. The innocent are sometimes caught in the middle and stray bullets can come at anytime and any place.

Why don't we just let these thugs kill each other off and we can all be happier and safer.
