LR Police: Man Arrested for Bringing Pistol to School

LITTLE ROCK, AR --  A man was taken into custody this around 11 a.m. Friday after a resource officer found a pistol hiding in his sock.

Martezz Moore, 18, is charged with one count of possession of  handgun on school property, according to Lt. Sidney Allen with the Little Rock Police Department.

Moore, along with two other males, were seen in a suspicious car on campus. The three made their way inside the school, and security officers called them into the office where they were electronically scanned.

A Raven Arm .25 caliber pistol was found in Moore's sock. School Resource Officers recovered the weapon, and he was immediately taken into custody.

Moore is currently being held at the Pulaski County Jail. The others are juveniles, and were not charged with any crime.
