The latest happened on Highway 365 and landed a young man in the hospital.
Maumelle firefighters rushed to the scene just before 11 a.m. Wednesday.
When they got there, they found a trailer wrapped around an SUV.
"It appears the SUV hit it pretty much in the front of the trailer and entered about half way into it," said Stan Mills, an engineer with the Maumelle Fire Department.
Emergency workers say the 19-year-old driver was on the 365 bridge crossing I-40 when a trailer being pulled in the opposite direction came loose and crossed into oncoming traffic.
"The driver of the SUV sustained minor non-life threatening injuries and was transported to Baptist," Mills said.
On July 28, another unhitched trailer smashed into a vehicle on I-40, severely injuring two people.
And one week ago, a trailer that came undone in Monticello plowed into the old library building. No one was injured.
"[We] ask people to make sure the equipment on their tow vehicle matches their trailer and that their safety chains are in use," Mills said.
State Police are investigating the cause of Wednesday's accident. There's been no word on whether the driver will face charges.
In the crash that injured the two people, the driver was cited for not maintaining the vehicle in a safe condition.
