Memphis Man Killed in I-40 Accident

LITTLE ROCK, AR - A Memphis man has died in an accident on Interstate 40 in Crittenden County.

The Arkansas State Police says Jerry L. White, 57, was the driver of a 2001 Nissan Xterra headed east on the interstate when he lost control of the vehicle and crossed the median.

White and one of his two passengers were ejected, according to the accident report. The other passenger was also injured but there's no further word on either's condition.
