AT&T Brings Mobile Charging Stations to Central AR

LITTLE ROCK, AR (Press Release) -- AT&T is deploying a cell site on wheels, bringing in several mobile charging stations to help central Arkansas residents stay connected to family and friends during the aftermath of Sunday's deadly tornadoes. 

AT&T Statement:

Our thoughts and prayers are with those affected. We are coordinating with local authorities, assessing damage and deploying resources, including a temporary Cell on Wheels (COW) tower near Mayflower. We are deploying generators to areas impacted by power loss and continue to closely monitor our network.  We recommend text messaging for communications with family, friends and loved ones given heavy call volumes.

AT&T charging stations are being placed across the damaged area, allowing citizens and responders to charge their wireless devices. Locations for those stations include:

•       Mayflower High School, 10 Leslie King Dr., Mayflower

•       Mayflower Middle School, 18 Eagle Circle, Mayflower

•       Beryl Baptist Church, 873 Main St., Vilonia

•       Vilonia City Hall, 18 Bise Dr., Vilonia

•       Antioch Baptist Church, 150 Amity Rd., Conway    

•       AT&T Store, Conway Commons Shopping Center, 855 Amity Road, Conway
