LITTLE ROCK, AR-- The attorney for the woman at the center of a Saline County brawl says the judge has thrown out the allegations against her.
Prosecutors showed video of the brawl, involving at least 25 people, to a judge.
The incident happened in February at the Northeast Saline County Fire Department.
Witnesses report the issue stems from possible bullying at Bryant High that moved off campus.
The prosecution say Aleshia Higgins is the parent behind the fight, but her attorney says the judge threw out that claim.
"He could not convict based in insufficient evidence," said defense attorney David Cannon.
The ruling applies to the case in Saline County Circuit Court.
Higgins must still appear on a separate charge in district court.
Higgins maintains she did nothing wrong and was only defending herself.
