LITTLE ROCK, AR -- Attorney General, Dustin McDaniel, rejects the ballot title trying to get statewide alcohol sales on the November ballot.
McDaniel denied the ballot title because of ambiguities in the text of proposed measure.
As of now, 37 counties are dry and 38 are wet in Arkansas.
