LITTLE ROCK, AR -- A cross now marks the spot where Jermaine Humphrey, 24, died after being shot back in January.

His uncle said the suspect's bond of $250,000 is not enough since he will only have to come up with 10 percent of the total.

He said the family is afraid the suspect will bond out and re-offend.

"If this guy murdered my nephew," said Reverend Steve Leeks. "If he gets out of jail, there's a chance someone else's life is at stake."

Leeks said the bond sends the wrong message and the city needs to stand up to show they will not tolerate any more murders.
