Fire Victims Continue to Have Setbacks

LITTLE ROCK, AR -- Chris Carlock thanked the stranger who rescued his family including multiple members who are handicap from a fire this December.

However, that was not the end of his family's struggles.

Now, just two months later, more bad news for the family.

One of his brothers, who suffered from cerebral palsy, passed away Sunday from pneumonia.

"It's really hard on us right now," Carlock said. "Things just keep happening, so we got to just give it to God and ask him to help us out as much as possible."

The family is now struggling to cover the costs for a funeral, and though the Hardy Funeral home is helping them out, they still have a long way to go.

If you would like to contact the family you can reach Chris Carlock at (501) 673-7019.
