WASHINGTON COUNTY, AR - A former Little Rock police officer accused of pulling a gun in a Fayetteville bar fight agreed to a plea deal with prosecutors.

On Thursday, Jeffrey Harris pleaded "no contest" to misdemeanor assault and harassment charges as part of a plea bargain with prosecutors. Harris received a 1-year suspended sentence and a $1,500 fine, plus $170 court costs, according to Prosecutor Marc McCune.

Security cameras recorded Harris and former Prairie Grove detective Rex Frederick drawing their weapons during a fight at Billy's Pool Hall on Razorback Road in April 2013.

No one was shot but investigators said alcohol was involved and both men originally faced multiple charges including disorderly conduct and harassment charges.
