Former Officer Facing Drug Conspiracy Charges Due In Court

LITTLE ROCK, AR -- A former Arkansas State Police Lieutenant, who was accused of stealing drugs from an evidence room, is expected to change his plea Monday.

Sedrick Reed pleaded not guilty last summer to federal drug conspiracy charges.

He allegedly took drugs from state police headquarters and gave them to an accomplice to sell on the streets.

Investigators say it may have began as early as 2005.

Reed will be back in court tomorrow.
