Monday a meeting was held to unveil improvements to Taylor Loop Rd. between LaMarche Dr. and Rahling Road.
The new project calls for widening the streets, drainage improvements, curb and gutter work, and sidewalk upgrades.
"And when we are all done it will be two travel lanes with two bike lanes, one on each side of the road, and everything will have curb and gutter. We are also going to be addressing some of the drainage problems," says Mike Hood, City Engineering Manager.
Construction does not have a start date yet.
According to the city the project will cost around 1.3 million dollars.
