NORTH LITTLE ROCK, AR -- Planes and antique cars were all part of a fun-filled day for Make-A-Wish.
The Arkansas River Valley Chapter of Experimental Aircraft Association hosted the event at the North Little Rock Airfield.
Families enjoyed an air show, parade of flights and a car show.
Amy Westlake, Development Coordinator for Make-A-Wish Mid-South tells how these types of events really help terminally ill children and their families.
"It really does make a difference in the physical and mental health. Once they find out their wish is coming true, it gives them the light at the end of the tunnel to fight through it," Westlake said.
All proceeds from thevevent benefit Make-A-Wish Mid-South.
