Detectives of the (TAPD) began investigating and gathering evidence that led to DaVarski Bradley, 18, and Roland Rowe, 18, both of Texarkana.

The suspects were located by TAPD after officers received a 911 call regarding two suspicious males approaching houses and looking into windows and garages.
