LITTLE ROCK, AR - Business leaders are planning a tour around the state to highlight the need for immigration reform.

The Little Rock Regional Chamber hosted this discussion. It says there are so many unfilled agriculture jobs in Arkansas and across the country. Undocumented workers want the work, but hold off due to the red tape in acquiring legal status. The call is going out to congress to make changes.

"The need for foreign born workers in our economy has never been higher. We make the path to getting here too difficult both for U.S. businesses who need their workers and foreign born workers who want to come to the U.S. and make a home and contribute to the economy," says Grant Tennille.

Leaders will make four stops in every corner of the state on their tour.
