LITTLE ROCK, AR -- Water coming out of a manhole near McClellan High School spills into the streets of Southwest Little Rock.
Central Arkansas Water says they've tested the water and it's not their responsibility.
The department says its known about the leak for two weeks, but the City of Little Rock needs to investigate where it's coming from.
They also say they have spoken with AT&T about installing a drain to re-direct the water so it will stop damaging the roadway.
