Police: Woman Stabs Benton Man During Argument, Both Jailed

BENTON, AR - A man stabbed during an argument has been arrested along with his alleged assailant.

It happened Sunday at a home on Gray St.

When officers arrived on the scene, they spoke to David Bourque, 37, and Summer Loquet, 34.

It was determined that Bourque suffered a small stab wound to the shoulder. Both he and the woman were arrested and taken to the Saline County Detention Facility.

Loquet was charged with Domestic Battery 2nd Degree and Bourque was charged with Domestic Battery 3rd Degree.  

Benton Police say the case is an on-going investigation and additional charges could be possible.
