Rain Moves out of Arkansas, More on the Way
LITTLE ROCK, AR - The National Weather Service (NWS) says the rain across the state this morning will weaken by mid day with a lull in the precipitation expected for much of Tuesday afternoon.
The NWS says the next round of heavy rain will impact the state on Wednesday when another 2 inches of rain will fall on already saturated ground.
As a result, a flash flood watch has been expanded to cover much of the state and continues through Wednesday evening.
