The other group -- Supporters of Statewide Alcohol Sales -- already turned in their signatures on Friday.
That group just turned in more than 41,000 signatures to the Secretary of State's Office.
They had turned in over 80,000 in July but were short several thousand valid signatures.
The group needed just more than 78,000 verified signatures to get the measure on the ballot.
