FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (AP) - A federal prosecutor in Arkansas says seven people have been sentenced in connection with a drug ring and money laundering operation run out of an auto body shop and night club in Springdale.
U.S. Attorney Conner Eldridge announced the sentencing Friday. The seven had pleaded guilty to the charges in April.
Eldridge says Manuel Haro-Guiterrez of Springdale was sentenced to 90 months in prison and Gladis Haro of California to 84 months. Eldridge says the two are married and owned the body shop and night club.
Osiris Depaz-Ramirez of California was sentenced to 30 months in prison; Manuel Haro Jr. of Springdale to 12 months; Ivan Salan-Aguilar of California to 12 months; Jania Haro of Springdale to 8 months and Victor Palacios of Springdale to 8 months.
