LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) — The Libertarian Party of Arkansas is fielding candidates to run in Arkansas' four congressional districts, including a former state legislator who ran as a Green Party candidate two years ago.

The party on Thursday announced it had nominated candidates for federal, state and national office at a convention last weekend. Former state Rep. Bobby Tullis was nominated to run for the 4th district in south Arkansas. Tullis ran unsuccessfully as a Green Party candidate for treasurer in 2010 against Democratic incumbent Martha Shoffner.

Jessica Paxton of Marion was nominated to run for the 1st district in east Arkansas, Chris Hayes of Little Rock was nominated to run for the 2nd district in central Arkansas and David Pangrac was nominated to run for the 3rd district in northwest Arkansas.
