FRIENDSHIP, Ark. (AP) — A routine bridge inspection on U.S. Highway 67 in Hot Spring County will require lanes of the highway to be closed this week.
The Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department says alternating lane closures in the northbound and southbound lanes will occur between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday near Friendship over the Ouachita River. Officials say flaggers will route traffic through the inspection area.
Officials are urging motorists to exercise caution when approaching and traveling through all highway work zones.
