LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - Gov. Mike Beebe has declared a second day off because of the weather for most state employees in Little Rock.

The governor said Wednesday that only essential personnel are to report to work at state offices in the Little Rock metro area.

Icy conditions are forecast overnight and in the morning following a winter storm that dumped 10 inches of snow on the capital city.

The governor's declaration says agency directors and supervisors are to decide which workers are essential and when they are to arrive at work.

In Little Rock, city employees are to report at noon. City offices were closed on Wednesday.

Only essential employees need to show up, NONESSENTIAL employees need to never show back up and get a real job.
