Ex-Ark. company official charged with perjury

A former official with an Arkansas telecommunications company is accused of lying to a grand jury about basketball tournament tickets he gave to a former school district superintendent in Oklahoma.

"Studying the indictment" aka looking for loopholes so our guilty client can get off. Not even a half-hearted declaration of innocence, or similar insincere remarks. Sounds like they've got him red-handed.
